We built Early Path after going through the child care search ourselves.
We are parents. We know what it feels like to compare centre websites late at night, keep half-finished notes in too many places, and wonder whether the details in front of you are still current.
Early Path started from that very ordinary family problem. We wanted a calmer way to search, compare, and keep track of the centres we were considering, with room for tour notes, reminders, and the real questions that come up once the search gets serious.
Finding child care should feel more manageable for families.
We currently focus on Toronto, Peel, York, and Durham. The goal is simple: help parents get to a clearer shortlist with less scrambling, fewer dropped details, and more confidence in the next step.
Built for parents with busy weeks
The search rarely happens in one afternoon. It stretches across naps, work breaks, evenings, and conversations at home.
Made to keep decisions grounded
We try to bring the important details into one place so families can compare options without starting from scratch every time.
Too many places to keep track of the same search
Tabs, emails, screenshots, tour notes, and follow-up reminders pile up quickly when you are comparing more than a few centres.
A family decision that rarely happens in one sitting
Parents, partners, and other caregivers often need to stay aligned on timing, budget, hours, and what each centre actually offers.
A process that feels personal because it is
Child care is about your child, your work, your commute, and the pace of your week. It deserves clearer information and a little more care.
Warm, useful, and clear about its limits.
We care about making the search easier to carry. That means clearer centre information, parent reviews handled with care, and tools that help families stay organized. It also means being plain about what we can and cannot do.
Trust matters
We review public parent submissions before they appear on the site, and we keep clear boundaries around privacy, moderation, and consent.
Details should stay usable
We want parents to spend less time rebuilding the same shortlist and more time making sense of the options in front of them.
Help should stay honest
If a family wants extra support, we keep the scope clear. We can help organize, compare, and guide. We do not promise placements.
