Refund policy

Early Path keeps paid support tightly scoped. Refund decisions follow whether work has started, not whether a child care outcome went your way.

Before work starts

If no support work has started on your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund.

After work starts

Once work has started, refunds are reviewed case by case based on what has already been delivered. Paid support covers time, review, and bounded service work. It does not guarantee placement.
