Privacy at Early Path
Early Path is built for Ontario families searching for child care. We collect only the information needed to run the tracker, paid support, moderated reviews, and parent-submitted centre updates.
What we collect
- Account details such as your email address and name.
- Tracker details such as shortlist entries, reminders, tours, household setup, and child-planning details.
- Purchasing and case-management records for paid support.
- Reviews, waitlist reports, and subsidy reports that you choose to submit.
- Operational logs used for security, moderation, and fraud prevention.
What we do not want
- No health or medical records belong in the tracker, reviews, or centre reports.
- We do not publish unreviewed reviews or raw sensitive notes.
- We do not contact providers for your family unless that consent is recorded in-app.
How publication works
Reviews and parent-reported centre updates are reviewed before publication. We remove personal details, check for privacy and moderation issues, and publish only what we can safely stand behind for other families.
