The erection, use, alteration or renovation of the building, premises or playground has commenced without prior approval of the plans by a director.

Spaces for storage of medical supplies, cleaning materials, equipment, other poisonous or hazardous substances, heating equipment and/or electrical equipment in the child care centre, and the items kept in those spaces, are accessible to children.

At least one individualized plan for a child with medical needs does not include a description of the supports available to the child.
