The licensee has not posted planned menus for the current and following week in a conspicuous place with any substitutions noted on the menus.

The parent handbook does not include information about the reasons for when refunds or credits of fees will be provided.

Spaces for storage of medical supplies, cleaning materials, equipment, other poisonous or hazardous substances, heating equipment and/or electrical equipment in the child care centre, and the items kept in those spaces, are accessible to children.

A child who is younger than 12 months has not been placed for sleep in the manner required.

Objections to the immunization of a child or a medical practitioner's medical reasons as to why the child should not be immunized have not been submitted in a form approved by the Minister.

The licensee has not implemented the policies and procedures with respect to sleep.
